Shipping policy

ULTRANOVA products are shipped from our office in Chicago, USA, or from our office in Cannes, France, depending on product availability at the respective location.

Shipping Services:

• DHL for the USA

• Chronopost for Europe

 

Standard Shipping Rates:

• France and Europe (Standard Shipping): $30

• Delivery time: 1-3 working days (Monday to Friday).

• USA (Express Shipping): $120

• Delivery time: 1-3 working days (Monday to Friday).

 

IMPORTANT NOTICE

Orders will be dispatched within 1-2 working days after the order is placed.

International Orders:

We ship our packages on a DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) basis. For some non-US countries, additional import fees may need to be paid to release your order.

Unfortunately, we cannot take responsibility for any additional import charges imposed by your country’s import laws; these charges are your responsibility to cover.

Duties and taxes will not be charged at the time of purchase, as your country’s customs agents will notify you directly via email regarding any applicable fees.
